🧩 The Rosie Nanny Pathway Program
Three clear career tracks designed to help you grow in the childcare profession.
Associate Nanny
The Associate Nanny role is our entry point into professional childcare. You'll work alongside parents in low-stakes "extra hands" shifts, learn routines, build foundational skills, and receive paid training and shadowing. This track is best for people who are new to childcare, students, or anyone who loves kids and wants to break into the field with strong support.
Junior Nanny
Junior Nannies work independently for short shifts like after school, evenings, or backup care. You'll manage basics confidently—snacks, play, routines, light tidying—while staying in close communication with families and the Rosie team. This track is best for candidates with some childcare experience who are ready for more responsibility and flexible, part-time hours.
Senior Nanny
Senior Nannies take on full-time or consistent weekly schedules and lead the full flow of childcare: routines, planning activities, communication, and supporting home organization. You'll partner closely with parents and may mentor Associates or Juniors. This track is best for experienced nannies looking for steady hours, deeper relationships with families, and higher-earning roles.
